Abstract | ||

For efficient advertisement in vehicular environments, we propose a software-defined vehicular advertisement platform (SD-VAP) in which a centralized controller determines target vehicles for advertisements. To maximize the advertisement exposure impact in SD-VAP, we formulate a vehicle to -advertisement matching problem and devise two heuristic algorithms to solve the problem in a practical manner. Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the proposed heuristic algorithms achieve near-optimal performance in terms of the advertisement quality and total advertisement exposure. |
