Title
Optimal sensor deployment to increase the security of the maximal breach path in border surveillance.
Abstract
•We consider an application of wireless sensor networks for border surveillance.•The problem is formulated as a sequential game between a system planner and intruder.•A mixed-integer linear bilevel programming model has been developed with integer variables in the lower level.•Three heuristics have been developed and the matheuristic based on Tabu search performs best.
