Title
Structuring Mobile User Context Based on Spatio-Temporal Information
Abstract
This paper proposes a method for structuring and semantically enriching the personal data collected from smart phones. In order to structure the data, a set of locational data is analyzed to determine whether it is a move or a stay, what we call episode. Then, the episodes are augmented by tagging place name, place category, start time, and end time if it is a stay and distance, mobility (walk, vehicle, and bi-cycle), start time, and end time if it is a move. Experiments shows that mobile users context are well-structured and semantically enriched.
