Conventional cryptosystems are supposed to be used for the personal communication. However, the secure and effective communication system is more and more required for inter-organization cryptosystem. From a practical point of view, it is not necessary to decide the person in charge from the keywords when the sender know the ID of the person in charge, because the deciding process is relatively heavy. We had proposed an inter-organization cryptosystem using RSA cryptosystem with simple forwarding rule and implemented the prototype. In this paper, we shall report a new implementation of the hybrid-type inter-organization cryptosystem using ElGamal PKC. |
