Title
Analysis and Design of Real-Time Micro-Environment Parameter Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract
Environmental pollution problem has been a great threat to the development of social economic and human's daily life. The development of the Internet of Things technology provides an effective method for solving the environmental pollution problem. Hence, it is very important to construct a real-time monitoring system in order to solve the problem. In this paper, the hardware system is built to collect the environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, PM 2.5 and PM 10 . The data is transmitted to the wireless router by wireless fidelity protocol. The remote server is developed for receiving data from sensor nodes through the Internet. Then the data will be saved to a database. The computer client and the mobile phone client are developed for querying data. A certain period of stability experiments shows that the system is reliable in practical applications. By using the system in a high building, the variation trend of PM 2.5 concentration of vertical height is found. The concentration of PM 2.5 is high near the ground. If the altitude is higher than a certain value, the concentration of PM 2.5 will decline as the altitude increasing.
