In this letter, 1-D mirrored aperture synthesis with a rotating reflector (1-D MAS-R) is proposed to improve the spatial resolution and reduce the number of required antennas for passive microwave remote sensing. The principle of the 1-D MAS-R with an antenna array is given, and from the principle, the 1-D MAS-R with only one antenna can also reconstruct the image of the scene. Simulation results ... |
