Title
Modeling the values of private sector agents in multi-echelon humanitarian supply chains.
Abstract
•Humanitarian organizations are increasingly facilitating private sector supply chains.•Agents in these multi-echelon supply chains might have different values.•These organizations must understand their agents’ values when designing supply chains.•We suggest employing multi-criteria decision analysis to model and elicit agents’ values.•The method was successfully applied to a health supply chain in Uganda.
