Title
Extraction and improvement of IoT service gap between design and operation based on net model
Abstract
The demands towards IoT services tend to emerge gradually according to market changes. Thus it is necessary to grasp the gap between the service design and operation. In this paper, we first defined the gap between IoT service design and operation. Next, we proposed a method to extract the gap. This method has two key points. The first is to use not the whole but the majority of the operation by using process mining technique. The second is to use footprint to check the tasks order within the operation. Finally, we proposed a method on how to utilize the gap to improve the IoT service.
