Efficiency evaluation of emergency support based on fuzzy centralization statistical theory |
Abstract | ||

On the basis of analyzing the component factors of emergency support, the efficiency evaluation index system is established, and the emergency support indexes' standard values are given in the paper. The method of fuzzy centralization statistical is applied in efficiency evaluation of emergency support, and the method's effectiveness has been tested through an example. Fuzzy centralization statistic method changes some fixed values from classical statistics to bound values and solves the problem of quantification of fuzzy indexes, which makes the efficiency value of emergency support more precisely according with the practice. The result shows that the method could overcome the shortage of traditional statistical method and make the efficiency evaluation of emergency support more practicable and scientific. |
