Abstract | ||

In the current information society, it is essential that the Information and Communication Technologies are accessible for all users, including persons with disabilities. Thus, professionals need to receive training in accessibility and adaptation. The Universidad Politecnica of Madrid in Spain has pioneered since 1995 the introduction of such contents through several academic activities. In this context, this paper presents the initial implementation of a specialization on accessibility and adaptation as part of a European master's degree on Human Computer Interaction and Design, that is promoted by the EIT European organisation. |
