Abstract | ||

In this paper, we propose a new equalization algorithm based on SVM combined with DFE structure to improve performance of high-speed bandwidth limitation system. A comparison between traditional DFE, FFE and SVM-DFE are employed to prove the feasibility of our algorithm in 50-Gb/s PAM-4 transmission experiment with lOG optics system. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional DFE, the receiver sensitivity used SVM-DFE can be improved by ~1-dBm @BER=3.8e-3. |
