The purpose of this paper is to apply graphene-polyamide, general spandex/graphene-polyamide covered yarn, and graphene-spandex/graphene-polyamide covered yarn (graphene content is 1 wt%) to seamless knitted fabrics. We set three factors: face yarn, ground yarn and knitting structure. Testing the far-infrared, antistatic, UV resistance, moisture absorption, air permeability and warmth retention of samples. Analyzing the effect of different materials and knitting structures on properties of samples by using orthogonal method. Finally, evaluating the comprehensive performance of samples by fuzzy mathematics, and selecting the graphene composite fiber with excellent properties as face yarn and ground yarn. |
