Power and exponentials laws: Theory and application.
Abstract
In this paper we present novel derivatives based on exponential and power-law kernel. Important properties and numerical approximations via Riemann–Liouville–Caputo for first and second order were obtained. We applied the new operators to describe different attractors and the advection–diffusion equation. Interesting simulations were obtained for different values of the fractional orders α and β. We showed that the new operator is useful in practical applications and the numerical simulations show the efficiency and the accuracy of the new derivative to modeling real world problems.
