We demonstrate precise passive rotational alignment of multi-core fibres (MCFs) with double-D-shape cladding on V-groove arrey. Eight MCFs were simultaneously aligned with small rotational misalignments, and achieved the insertion losses of u003c 0.5 dB in 16 outer cores. |
