Abstract | ||

We demonstrated a wide wavelength-tuning range of 90 nm with a hybrid InP/SOI laser, based on two integrated intracavity silicon ring resonators which produce a Vernier effect, and a low losses silicon cavity delimited by broadband Sagnac mirrors. |
