Abstract | ||

With the development of network information era, people are more and more demanding on handling data and enhancing network performance. Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) can solve the problem of computing delay and network congestion effectively. Computation offloading is the main way for the majority of users who take advantage of MEC. This paper introduces the process of computation offloading and MEC server framework in the first place. Secondly, recommending the computation offloading algorithm model and evaluation index. The key points are to analyze, classify, summarize and compare the existing algorithm according to the computation offloading algorithm model and evaluation index. Finally, the key research direction of future MEC computation offloading is forecasted. |
