Abstract | ||

The paper considers the problem of motion correction in fMRI data by different methods existing in standard packages: SPM, AFNI, BROCCOLI. Method of rigid body correction is too poor for using in real world cases, because of registration of a single 3D fMRI snapshot is not instantaneous, but sequentially by slices. Comparison of methods in the case controlled artificially of nonlinear and partial shifts and rotations of slices of fMRI records and made recommendations of using methods for different cases is a goal of this paper. |
