Title
Implicitizing rational surfaces without base points by moving planes and moving quadrics
Abstract
•A tensor product rational surface of bidegree (m,n) without base points can always be implicitized by moving quadrics together with moving planes.•The set of moving planes whose degree is at most n−1 in t is a syzygy module of dimensional 2n.•This paper provides a method to construct moving planes and moving quadrics.
