It is a major issue affecting the operations of subway whether the passenger wayfinding system is scientific, standardized and reasonable, and it is also one of the important indicators when evaluating subway satisfaction. Based on the expert argumentation, customer interviews and manager's argumentation, the satisfaction assessment questionnaire for subway passenger wayfinding system was compiled. When evaluating the satisfaction of subway wayfinding system, the objective structural equation model was used to give weights. The research shows that the assessment questionnaire consists of three dimensions: the safety signs, the traffic signs, and the continuity and rationality of the signs. The evaluation scores of subway wayfinding system of different subway lines can be divided into three dimensions. Line 1, line 15, line 9 obtained higher scores on three dimensions, while line 2, line 8 obtained lower ones at the bottom of the scores. In the future, further researches should be carried out to verify the way in which structural equation modeling is established, and to evaluate the evaluation effectiveness of subway wayfinding system. |
