Title
Three-reference-point decision-making method with incomplete weight information considering independent and interactive characteristics.
Abstract
In this paper, we study a multistage risk decision-making method, considering three reference points and incomplete weight information with independent and interactive characteristics among criteria (stages). Considering the dimensions of the status quo, the minimum requirement, and the goal, the setting method for the three reference points is first proposed. Next, based on the principle of maximizing the ranking consistency, an optimization model is built to obtain the preference coefficients, which are used to aggregate the prospect values under the three reference points. Moreover, considering the incomplete weight information, a two-stage optimization method is proposed based on the concept of minimizing the distance between the real and optimal values. And optimization models are built to obtain incomplete weights with independent and interactive characteristics among criteria (stages). Finally, a numerical example and a method comparison illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
