Facts are not available about the future and as a basis for investment decisions with 3-5-year horizons. Real Options methods capture more of future variety and allow for better representation of future complexity than classical net present value methods. The underlying analytics of real options represents challenges to the users. This paper introduces digital coaching and shows that it can offer guidance and support for users with different cognitive profiles and levels of knowledge. |
