this paper presents a new electric vehicle (EV) charging technology which can realize dynamic EV charging in the running process. Its principle is that the travelling magnetic field generated by the symmetrical alternating currents in the stator windings under road cuts the mover windings in the bottom of the electric vehicle and produces the slip power and the electromagnetic thrust. Through the control of Buck converter and feedback control of the main motor, the slip power and the electromagnetic thrust was converted to the energy of charging battery. The configurations and principle of this technology were introduced firstly. Secondly, the distribution of magnetic field of stator and mover is analyzed, and the slip power and the electromagnetic thrust was studied and computed. Thirdly, the charging power and currents was studied in detail. Finally, simulation was carried out on the Matlab/Simulink, and the results show the technology feasibility. |
