The current fishing population is getting small. As one of the causes, it is conceivable that young people in their 20s and 30s are getting away from fishing due to overuse smartphones. We thought that the population of fishing may increase by being able to fish more easily, therefore this system was developed and focused on the action of tying fishing lines which is indispensable for fishing. This system requires only one hand, so it is easy not only for handicapped people but also for fashionable people to tie a fishing line. This system can be used in the bad weather. This system will make the fishing population increase in Japan(1).
