Abstract | ||
---|---|---|
Multi-level QAM-based codes are generated by a hybrid approach, using both optical and electrical encoding to increase the flexibility in OPS systems. The code orthogonality is enhanced with respect to conventional OCs, and the power sensitivity improved by 0.6 dB. |
