Advances in Silicon Photonic Sensors Using Sub-Wavelength Gratings
Abstract
We introduce our accomplishments to improve the sensor performance of SOI-based biosensors by applying sub-wavelength grating configurations. Sensitivities, intrinsic detection limits, and their capability for small molecule detection are characterized.
