Abstract
•Model the airport slot allocation problem as a bi-objective RCPSP with partially renewable resources.•Two non-regular performance criteria: the total earliness-tardiness and a dispersion measure.•Α novel heuristic algorithm integrating the Feasibility Pump algorithm with the LNS technique.•The algorithm is reasonably accurate in approximating the entire efficient frontier of the problem.
