Evolutionary multiobjective optimization to target social network influentials in viral marketing
Abstract
•We apply evolutive multi-objective optimization for the viral marketing problem.•We consider two conflicting objectives (sales revenue and costs) for the viral campaigns.•Sets of non-dominated solutions are given to show different viral marketing strategies.•We propose a novel agent-based modeling framework to simulate the marketing campaigns.•Different scenarios are tested when applying the multi-objective optimization algorithms.
