Title
Balancing public bicycle sharing system using inventory critical levels in queuing network
Abstract
•Balancing the inventory of stations is necessary to minimize the rejected demands.•For each route a critical level is defined to accept or reject its requests.•Rejecting a part of requests leads to reducing the total number of rejected demands.•The model minimizes the mean number of rejected requests per each travel.•The closed Jackson network is used to develop the model.
