Abstract | ||

This paper focuses on the problems of fault estimation and fault-tolerant control for a class of nonlinear system with noise and exogenous disturbance. A novel intermediate variable observer and a disturbance observer are designed to estimate the system state, actuator fault, sensor fault and exogenous disturbance, simultaneously. Based on the estimation information, an observer based fault-tolerant controller is proposed. The LMI conditions are obtained to ensure that the whole closed-loop system is mean-square exponentially stable with the H∞ performance. At last, two simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. |
