Nowadays, web applications have become a necessary and large medium of information worldwide. In the modern life we live, the internet continues to provide every day new facilities that make life easier and more convenient for users. This paper focuses on one of the main issues related to bird's monitoring system in the province of Cotopaxi in Ecuador. This specific area has been overlooked; the information is disorganized, it can be found only manually and at the same time it can be lost. By taking these into account, we considered that is crucial to systematize records of birds' information through building in agile way a web application system. It will contribute to better organizing, classification, and management of information for all the interested parties. Therefore, this research represents the development of a web application system for birds' monitoring. Through the management of software processes, it aims to generate a scientific database that allows users to interact in real time. For a quick and agile development, was applied SCRUM methodology. In addition, PHP programming tools and MySql database construction were used to simplify the writing process of the web application. We believe that we have found a solution for birds' data management and an innovative mechanism that reduces time and efforts. |
