•Tilting the anterior implants provides longer implant placement as distal implants of All-on-4 concept.•Low stresses at the apical parts of the implants. Therefore, tilting the implants may not cause biomechanical complications.•V-4 or M-4 configurations provides better primary stabilization with longer implants in severely atrophied anterior maxilla. |
