Title
Treatment selection for life-critical shared decision making under ranges of health-state utility scenarios
Abstract
•Life-critical shared decision making relies on subjective data elicited from patients.•Such data are used to compute the quality-adjusted life expectancy of treatments.•One needs to examine ranges of data values because such data may be inconsistent.•The proposed approaches are powerful and are based on optimization formulations.•A holistic view of how changes on data may affect the choice of the best treatment.
