Title
Taking stock of behavioural OR: A review of behavioural studies with an intervention focus
Abstract
•We review 30 years of behavioural studies with a focus on OR interventions.•Most articles (71%) are variance studies assuming determinist behaviour.•Process studies of voluntarist behaviour are few but important for practitioners.•We note challenges, e.g. operationalisation in the studies of individual differences.•Ten future study areas include, e.g. voluntarist behaviour in model-supported processes.
