Abstract | ||
---|---|---|
We present large-signal SPICE model for ring modulators including temperature dependence. The model is verified with 25-Gb/s NRZ modulation at several different temperatures. With this model, the temperature-dependent eye diagrams together with the temperature control IC is successfully simulated in the standard IC design environment. |
