The main results in a recent paper by Sun et al. (2020) are incorrect because the group technology and processing times of jobs are variable due to both learning effect and resource allocation, which the authors did not take into account. In this note, we show by two counter-examples that the published results are incorrect, and then provide the corrected results. |
