Exploiting Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to meet the user demand at an event area for a short duration seems to be a perfect solution. However, the optimal deployment of UAVs in the desired region is a challenging task. This paper proposed an efficient placement algorithm that satisfies the UAV capacity constraint, interference constraint, and maintain the quality of service demand. Moreover, a cost function is designed to make the placement decision easy. The performance analysis of the proposed algorithm is evaluated for real-time user distribution. The network performance with the proposed deployment strategy is compared with another strategy, namely Hexagonal circle packing. |
