Abstract
•EEG-fMRI could delineate the seizure onset zone in a rat model of focal seizure.•There was a high correlation of the BOLD responses with the SOZ.•There was a coupling between the EEG and BOLD signals during seizures.•EEG-fMRI could noninvasively localize the SOZ and map epileptic networks.
