Multimodal super-resolved q-space deep learning
Abstract
•We use multimodal information for super-resolved tissue microstructure estimation.•An attention module is designed to compute relevance maps from HR modalities.•The relevance map guides the computation of HR tissue microstructure from LR dMRI.•Our method was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively for two signal models.•The estimation quality is improved with multimodal information using our method.
