Title
Adaptive PI Controller for Dredged Pipeline Transportation
Abstract
When a cutter suction dredger performs dredging operations, the stability of the mixture conveying flow rate will generate a huge impact during the dredging process. Control the flow rate within a certain range, which is important for construction safety and economy. Under the actual working conditions, However, the dynamic characteristics of the sand-water mixture transportation flow rate in the mud pump pipeline are constantly changing. In order to achieve control stability of the pipeline conveying process, which requires the controller to be able to perform online self-tuning of the control parameters. Therefore, two adaptive PI mode controllers based on the minimum quadratic method and the fuzzy method are proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the PI mode controller rectified by the fuzzy method exhibits stronger anti-interference and self-adaptive capabilities.
