The processing technology of highly transparent edible ice is to cut large ice cubes for many times to become finished small ice cubes. At present, the cutting process is manual cutting, which has low efficiency and high risk. Therefore, enterprises put forward the demand of full automatic ice cutting. The control system of the automatic ice cutter is designed in detail. The structure and working flow of the ice cutter, the overall framework of the control system, the selection of electrical control hardware, the design of power supply circuit and control circuit, as well as the design of control program and human-computer interaction interface are introduced in detail. After the manufacture of the full-automatic ice cutter is completed, the full-automatic ice cutter is tested for 2 months, and the stable and efficient production parameters are obtained through the tests. The full-automatic ice cutter meets the requirements put forward by the enterprise, improves the efficiency of ice cutter production, saves labor, reduces the intensity of labor and improves the safety of production. |
