Title
Housing A Proposal of Diagnostic System for Assistance Effect of Pelvic Belt Based on CoP Measurement
Abstract
This study aims to develop a diagnostic system that estimates the assistance effect of pelvic tightening in advance for the introduction of the pelvic bell to the field of work or clinical use. This study explains the hypothesis of lumbar burden reduction by pelvic belt and shows that pelvic tightening reduces lumbar joint flexion. The posture correction degree is proportional to the amount of reduction in the lumbar burden. By conducting a motion measurement, the posture correction index indicates the assistance effect. From the measurement using motion capture and force platform for 86 people, we developed a mathematical model that estimates the posture correction index from CoP change.
