Title
Application Of Temperature Protection Combined With Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Under Esophageal Echocardiographic Monitoring In Patients Undergoing Non-Stop Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting During Perioperative Period
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the role of non-stop coronary artery bridge patients during perioperative period by using transesophageal ultrasound technology under temperature protection and ERAS nursing. Methods: Under general anesthesia and low-temperature extracorporeal circulation, coronary artery bypass grafts (internal mammary artery and great saphenous vein) were performed. ECG and color Doppler echocardiography were performed before and after operation. Monitoring of hemodynamic indicators. Results: Real-time indwelling detection during TEE, the choice of surgical method, observation of the entire surgical process, the change of the mechanical valve after the start of the valve, the image of different valves, the characteristics of the valve leak, the left atrial congestion, the blood flow of the thrombus, in vitro Visceral blood perfusion under circulation and the function and complications of long-term prosthetic valves after surgery are of great significance. In addition, it was found that the perioperative syndrome evolution was related to the degree of coronary artery disease before surgery, cardiac function before surgery, lung function before surgery, and extracorporeal circulation time during surgery. Conclusion: Transesophageal echocardiography is an indispensable examination method before and after coronary artery bypass surgery.
