Abstract | ||

This paper proposes a smart energy platform for maximizing energy efficiency in industrial complexes. The smart energy platform collects and visualizes the process infrastructure energy data of consumer companies in industrial complexes, and enables real-time analysis of energy flows in industrial complexes. The results analyzed through the collected information are fed back to the consumer companies to enable efficient energy management. In this paper, we summarize the need to build a smart energy platform and propose a smart energy platform for industrial complexes. We also implemented the platform according to the proposed design structure and tested the proposed platform on real-industrial complex consumer companies. Test results confirm that the proposed platform successfully supports energy efficiency, characterization, standardization, and visualization. |
