•Fuzzy knowledge graph is a more general description of classical knowledge graph.•The fuzzy semantic scalability between multiple associative predicates is analyzed.•The mathematical model of semantic relationship in fuzzy knowledge graph is designed.•Some fuzzy reasoning rules are presented to realize fuzzy semantic extension.•Performance of the strategy discovers more implicit valid knowledge with fuzzy semantic.
