Abstract | ||

•The performance optimization of sub-Nyquist spectrum sensing via the Modulated Wideband Converter (MWC).•The dictionary exhibits a challenging block structure when multiple mixtures are extracted from each MWC channel.•We show explicitly the role played by the dictionary coherence on the sparse recovery when greedy approaches such as S-OMP or S-OLS are used.•An original strategy is proposed to optimize the dictionary taking the specific structure of the MWC dictionary in presence of noise. |
