Title
LPI radar target detection performance optimization based on joint cognitive frequency transmission and power allocation
Abstract
•Uses the characteristic that RCS of wideband targets has various frequency response under different radiation frequencies.•The target RCS frequency response function is predicted by HMM.•In the process of joint cognitive frequency selection and power allocation, active radar transmits a set of broadband multi-frequency pulses, and uses passive radar to receive echo. It includes the information interaction between passive radar and active radar.•Joint cognitive frequency transmission and power allocation of active radar based on target RCS information.
