Educational AGV Design by AHP and DFX Methods
Abstract
In response to the current trend of Industry 4.0, the general academic community has not kept up with the changes. The biggest reason is that the current AGV trucks are expensive. It is difficult to exert the educational effect, and it is difficult for students to do it or even modify it. Stimulate the imagination of students. Some manufacturers try to cut into this area in the current teaching aid market, but due to the lack of processing knowledge and the unfamiliarity with the actual application environment, it is not easy to make a car body that meets the education market. Many details cannot notice, and the user experience will be accompanied by various immaturities, resulting in users who want to try AGV trucks having a wrong understanding of the AGV truck. The unsuitable processing method will also increase the processing cost so that the terminal price is also lower. In this study, DFX is used as the front-end design analysis, making up for the processing and actual application environment information. Before the design, the user needs to be understood, and the product can be entirely modular. The advantage of the design is that it is easy to replace parts and the expansion or modifying replacement of functions according to the use environment. Even if the parts are damaged, only need to replace and debug the problem quickly. After officially producing the product, the link between industry and academia strengthens. To make up for the technical gap between the two, students can get started more quickly after entering the industry, reducing the time for employee training to become an immediate force.
