Abstract | ||

This paper describes a quadrature oscillator based on one second-generation current conveyor (CCII), one differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC), two resistors and two grounded capacitors. Outputs of two voltage-mode sinusoids with 90° phase difference are available in the proposed quadrature oscillator circuit. The proposed circuit employs only grounded capacitors and is ideal for integration. Simulation results are carried out to confirm the theoretical analysis. |
