Abstract | ||

Members from both the Advanced Placement Computer Science (AP CS) Development Committee and AP CS Ad Hoc Committee will present information about the shift of the AP CS exam toward object orientation, in-cluding the change of the language of the AP CS exam to the Java programming language and the new AP CS Marine Biology Case Study. In the presentation of the language change, the reasoning of the change of the lan-guage, the proposed subset, and the timeline for the change will be discussed. |
