Title
Analysis of power supply noise attenuation in a PTAT current source
Abstract
A thorough analysis of the Power Supply Noise Attenuation (PSNA) behavior in terms of frequency response is developed for a simple structure of the PTAT current source. An analytical model is implemented and validated by means of simulations. The results can be easily extended to other similar structures thus allowing a detailed modeling as well as a thorough comprehension of the PSNA in PTAT current references.
